Previous PostEver heard of the Azores and wondered where they are? This should give some indications.. Green, often rainy, Portuguese inhabited islands out in the Atlantic known for volcanoes, whales and nature, amongst other things. Around a thousand miles off the coast of Portugal and around two thousand from the USA. Next PostOne of the most remarkable flights of my life. Gliding over lush green islands, massive volcanic craters & peaks, and oceans that somehow managed to pull off the deepest sapphire blue yet such clear visibility I could see the stones below from the plane.
