It's our final weekend here before we depart for Mexico on Monday. Friday night marked our third ever attempt at sushi making – fresh, spicy tuna and mackerel maki rolls, tuna nigiri, pan fried gyoza and sesame cabbage salad. A delicious success.. getting better at sushi making each time!
