2018 wasn’t an easy year, but it was also a wonderful one. I sit here as the year comes to a close in reflection, and awash with gratitude for the life I have. In a short twelve months I’ve learned so much about what I want, where I am, and what is important to me. The gratitude I feel for the people in my life is endless. I am almost overwhelmed at times to feel the love of so many incredible and inspiring people in so many corners of the globe that it’s no wonder somedays I struggle to know where to call home. But the truth is, for now at least, roaming continues to be my home. The people I love and admire and meet along my way are what makes home for me, and with that in mind in 2019 I am going to transition back into another year of nomadic life. A full year of wandering, exploring, connecting, writing and fulfilling the goals that are most important to me. 2019 for me is an opportunity to revisit the places my heart calls me back to, a space to work towards my own personal and professional aspirations and to reconnect with my amazing community that spans the full lengths of the earth. To allow what feels right to pull me in the directions and to the places I most need to be. Where 2018 was a year of learning what no longer serves me in my life, 2019 will be a year of following the things that bring me joy. Thank you to every single person who has been a part of my year, of my life, of this journey. I hold such gratitude for every person & every lesson along the way. Happy New Year to everyone, and I hope I will get a chance to see you along my travels. “Stuff your eyes with wonder, he said, live as if you’d drop dead in ten seconds. See the world. It’s more fantastic than any dream made or paid for in factories.” – Ray Bradbury
