I have a small selection of places in Auckland that never fail to wow me on the food front. Places I go back again and again and again and admire the quality, creativity, and passion that goes into creating the menus. Well, you can imagine how excited I was to see @nicwattchef of my all time favourite restaurant in all of New Zealand @masurestaurant collaborated with some of the best ice cream in the world at @giapokitchen to create this beauty to celebrate the M?ori new year. Black sesame ice cream, Fijian vanilla, topped with golden dusted black sesame seeds and served in a purple k?mara cone. Truly magical. Not too sweet, NZ meets Japan.. absolutely perfect! would eat again!
