okay, so I have been so busy here catching up on all the rocky mountain photos that I haven't posted the truly big news.. I have a new country to call home! ? It's somewhere I've based myself plenty before, and one of my favourite places in the word.. but this time I have an actual residency visa – so I guess it's even more 'home' than it was the past few times. ? this is a throwback pic from last time.. but stay tuned for all the food & beach spam you can handle.. I will never tire of chilaquiles. Probably the Mexican food I missed the most (and was the most difficult/impossible to find in NZ) This morning we walked down to the beach, and sat by the ocean and drank coffee & ate chilaquiles right on the beachfront. Life is suddenly like living a vacation every day and it’s glorious. Kind of hard to believe I actually get to stay here!
