Meet the Sonorito chilaquiles from @lachilaqueriapv – Crispy totopos drowned in a heavily spiced chipotle sauce, topped in salty, red Al pastor meat, pineapple, avocado, picked red onions and sour cream. This is the reason I travel.. food! I’ve tried a lot of average chilaquiles in this town, but finally I’ve discovered some worth coming back for.. again, and again, and again. Easily the best I’ve tried in Puerto Vallarta. #mexico??
