You can be walking around Oaxaca centro, completely minding your own busines then BAM! a beautiful cathedreal is right there, where you least expected.

Previous PostNeives are typical Oaxacan ice cream/ice water made in a traditional artisinal way. ? ? They come in oh, so many flavours. But the most important ones to try here in Oaxaca are:? ? – Tuna (it's not a fish! It's a cactus fruit, and is the most famous & delicious nieve flavour around)? ? – Garambullo – another very popular cactusfruit, but this is very seasonal, so you can only find it sometimes in the year. ? ? – Petalos de rosas – rose petal flavour. A typical Oaxacan flavour, it's delicate, sweet, and floral? ? – Crema de Mezcal – made from mezcal cream? ? – Nuez – made from ground pecans/walnuts? ? There are loads of others too, like Oaxacan chocolate, lime and chillie, almond, pinapple, coconut… the list goes on. ? ? You can find Nieves all around the city, but in Centro the best two places to go are the Plaza de la Danza where numerous nieve vendors are, or to @manolonieves

Next PostWell, we left Mexico! But I still have a whole bunch of photos to share. So I’m gonna keep going till my list is empty.
