I adore Portugual's obsession with bacalau. The salted cod is considered a national dish, and they say there are 365 unique was to prepare it (truth is, there are many more than that here!)? ? But the thing I find the most interesting, is that for a national treasure like this, these fish don't actually swim in the local waters. ? ?
